This sweet crochet watermelon pillowpattern is super easy to make, and works up quite quickly. I rate this pattern as beginner/easy, and is written in US terms. D E T A I L S : It measures 10 inches in diameter and height. I’ve made this pillow using Paint box Yarns. It’s a chunky 5 weight acrylic yarn, that is antipilling and machine washable. If Paint box yarn is not available to you, any chunky OR medium weight yarn will suffice. This pillow is worked in the round There is a small amount of embroidery involved for the seeds, but I assure you it’s just a simple stitch in and out of the pillow. I have written this pattern with all the corresponding pictures on the last page, and have numbered them for easy reference. This will allow for more experienced crocheters to quickly work through the pattern, and for beginner crocheters to have the printed pictures ready to reference if need be. THINGS YOU WILL NEED:  4.5 mm hook  1 Skein of Paint box yarn in bubble gum pink  1 skein of paint box yarn in grass green  A small bit of white  A small bit of lime green  A small bit of black for the eyes, mouth and seeds  A tiny bit of light pink for the cheeks  And a tiny bit of robin’s egg blue for the bow  Some toy stuffing  A yarn needle  A sharp pair of scissors STITCH ABBREVIATION  Chain = CH  Half Double Crochet = HDC  Double Crochet = DC  Double Crochet 2 together = DC2TOG  Slip Stitch = SLST  Finish Off = FO  ** will mean a repeat in the pattern RETURNS: Due to the nature of downloads I cannot accept returns for digital files.
